Respite in the Wilderness for Rostered Leaders & Church Professionals

As a congregational leader, you spend all your time taking care of and ministering to others. Come to Luther Springs and let US care for YOU.

Rostered and congregational leaders come home to camp for some deliberate time away. We offer a couple of different opportunities for you to spend your time of respite.

Programmed Event: A gift from NovusWay to rostered ministers and church professionals. Enjoy a retreat of rest and renewal through prayer and study as we prepare to navigate the busy season of Lent. In addition to an opportunity for respite, we will welcome Rev. Dr. Chad Michael Rimmer, the Rector and Dean of the Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary o f Lenoir-Rhyne University, to lead us in an exploration of potential Lenten themes and the topic of leadership.

Our Guest Speaker will be Rev. Dr. Chad Michael Rimmer; you can learn more about him here

Respite in the Wilderness  January 2024

Non- Programmed Event: Whether you never leave your room or spend the day rocking on the porch, sitting in a peaceful place, hiking the trails, kayaking across the lake, or just enjoying camp life, come and rest with us. There will not be a speaker or packed agenda; there will be time to gather together with colleagues and friends to eat and chat if you desire.
